P o r t r a i t   P h o t o g r a p h y   P r o c e s s

This process is for standard portraits and is outlined below. Special processes for specific cases are noted where needed.
  1. Call us for a consultation so we can determine exactly what kind/style of photography you are looking for.
  2. Review our packages, listed below, to determine which would be best for you.
  3. Tell us your selected package and we will send you a quote outlining what you will receive.
  4. Make an appointment for a photo shoot
  5. Send a $50 deposit check
  6. Read our "Prepare to Look Good" advice
  7. If you have a favorite music CD or MP3 mix we strongly encourage you to bring it to the photo session. We have a sound system that we can play anything on.
  8. Attend the shoot
  9. Make an appointment approximately two weeks from the shoot to review your images at our studio
    And/Or
    Have us upload your images to a secure online site (extra fees may apply)
  10. Order background changes (see your package for number of changes included)
  11. We will send you a proof sheet PDF via email for you to review
    • For High School Seniors - Select the image for your year book and we will email the file directly to your school yearbook coordinator. We will also need the email address and name of the yearbook coordinator.
  12. Place your print order

Print and image file orders will be shipped when payment in full has been received.
