Extended Customer Program

Get consistently great pictures year after year as your family grows

Our Extended Customer Program allows our customers to pre-buy blocks of session time at significant discounts over our regular rates.

  • Portrait settings can be two-one hour sessions or one-two hour sessions a year.
  • The shoot can be in our studio or at one of our favorite outside locations near our studio.
  • The portrait setting can be from one to twenty people.
  • Each program includes a percentage off our standard "pro quality" print prices depending on your contract.
  • We create an online flash photo montage for convenient viewing. Read more about our photo montage....

Our Four Level Extended Customer Program*

**The first number is the number of photo session hours. The second number is how many years they must be used in.

Tell your family and friends about this program and if they sign a contract, you get a free 11x14 print mounted on art board.

**The fine print:

  1. This offer is subject to conditions described in our standard portrait offerings.
  2. The original contract party must be present at each session.
  3. Appointments times are determined by our staff's availability.
  4. Appointments can be made during non-premium times, Monday through 12:00pm Friday.
  5. Appointments can also be made during premium time for an additional $175. Premium times are:
    • Friday from 12:00pm through Sunday
    • Any weekday considered a school holiday except summer vacation time. 
  6. Customer for life Contract length is limited to the lifetime of the person noted in the contract or the lifetime of Coolwater Studios being in business.
